 “I don’t have many years left in football… so, I have to enjoy it”.

Portugal won their first ever title in 2016, with Ronaldo watching on due to injury as his side clinched the all important victory at the expense of France.

Ronaldo believes his side can do a repeat if they remain positive and put in the required work.

“This should be the idea. We have to be positive, step by step, but we have to dream. This team must dream because of the talent it possesses, even though talent without work means nothing.”

Portugal face Georgia, Turkey and Czech Republic in group F for a place in the knockouts.
