Al Ettifaq have gone eight games without a win in the SPL and that is down to their ineptitude in front of goal.

To improve the situation, Ekrem Konur reports that Al Ettifaq want to initiate contact with Al Ahli for their striker Roberto Firmino.

The 32 year old despite arriving as a marquee signing is no longer indispensable at the Jeddah based club.

Firmino hasn’t scored for the Royals since his opening day hat trick with Matthias Jaissle now open to letting the Brazilian leave the club.
