We’ll kick things off in London with some news for Arsenal supporters. According to TeamTalk, Mikel Arteta and his scouting team have narrowed their search for a new forward to just two targets: Viktor Gyökeres from Sporting and Benjamin Šeško of RB Leipzig.
According to reports from England Arsenal won’t be trying to sign Alexander Isak from Newcastle because his price tag is around £150 million. Instead, they’ve been focusing on two other strikers: Benjamin Šeško from Slovenia and Viktor Gyökeres from Sweden, who scores a lot of goals.
It seems to be a direct decision between these two. We don’t know how much either player would cost yet, or if that will affect Arsenal’s final choice. It also looks like Arsenal aren’t seriously considering Matheus Cunha or Hugo Ekitike anymore.

In other news, Reports suggest that Newcastle and Nottingham Forest were previously interested in Marseille winger Luis Henrique, but it appeared he was definitely going to Inter Milan. However, new reports, highlighted by Sport Witness, indicates this may no longer be the case.
The Serie A team haven’t reached a personal agreement with the player yet, and two Premier League clubs have shown interest and started discussions. Bayern Munich is also reportedly in the mix, hoping to secure a deal.
The player reportedly wants to join Inter Milan, even if they aren’t a fan of the new kit. However, Inter is finding it tough to meet Marseille’s asking price, which has come down to €30 million. Because of this, Newcastle and Nottingham Forest might jump in, as Inter’s current offer is lower, around €22 million plus potential bonuses.
