This year, China have been chosen as the hosts for the annual mini tournament where top Saudi clubs jostle for honour going into the season.
Al Ittihad (SPL and King’s Cup champions), Al Hilal, (SPL Runners up), Al Qadsiah (King’s Cup Runners up) and Al Nassr are the four teams for this year’s edition.
A report from IttiMania on Wednesday revealed that tickets for the mini tournament have been sold out for all games.
It is a positive report for the organizers as it means a packed stadium is guaranteed for all the matches.
However, one team continue to leave a doubt as to their participation. Al Hilal have been reported to have decided a boycott owing to their tight schedule.

There’s been no official communication as regards this but rumours have circulated about the possible withdrawal.
It will serve a big blow to the organizers should reports of a withdrawal be confirmed by the club.
Asian champions Al Ahli will be called up incase of any eventuality leading up to the August 19-23 billed tournament.
