More Details
Yannick Carrasco is a player that Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing. According to a Daily Telegraph article, Antonio Conte is a big fan of the 28-year-old utility player, and Spurs have reportedly started negotiations with La Liga powerhouse Atletico Madrid to sign the Belgian attacker before Thursday’s transfer deadline.
With the completion of seven superb picks, Tottenham had probably the most successful transfer windows of any Premier League team.
With additional sales anticipated from the club, Antonio Conte is still eager to see more new faces arrive in North London despite Spurs’ early completion of its impending summer business.
Steven Bergwijn, Tanguy Ndombele, and Giovani Lo Celso have all either been sold or loaned out by the Lilywhites, and now Harry Winks is also leaving Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. By the deadline on Thursday, Bryan Gil and Sergio Reguilon are also probably leaving Spurs.
Gil appears to be returning to Valencia on loan, but Conte is adamant about bringing in a replacement first. There have been a few possibilities discussed, like Daniel James and Adama Traore, but it appears the Italian head coach prefers Yannick Carrasco of Atletico Madrid because of his more recognizable name.

Marcos Alonso reportedly turned down Atletico Madrid before Los Rojiblancos settled on Sergio Reguilon as their left-back reinforcement, according to renowned Spanish writer Gerard Romero. Before the summer transfer window closes, the Chelsea defender is eager to move to Barcelona.
Since moving from Fiorentina to Chelsea, Marcos Alonso has caused rifts among Chelsea supporters. The Spanish international has fluctuated in form but consistently performed well in the final third.
