Transfers: Junior Firpo Set To Leave Barcelona For Leeds United

Junior Firpo’s time at Barcelona seems to be coming to an end, the Spaniard is close to leaving Barcelona for Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United in the English Premier League.
Sport estimates that Leeds United “convinced” Firpo to head to Elland Road and the proposed move might even be sealed “within the next 48 hours”.
The report also states that Barcelona hopes to “earn about €15 million euros from the transfer”. Firpo was interested in moving to Italy but Milan only wanted his services on a loan basis.
Junior Firpo joined Barcelona from Real Betis in the summer of 2019 on a five-year deal for a fee of €18 million euros
