The in demand striker shone for newly promoted aide Almeria in the Segunda division last as they won the Spanish Segunda division.
He scored eighteen times in 26 league outings for his club as they gained promotion to the elite division.
The former AS Roma Primavera player has been on the radar of many top European clubs and Italian journalist Nicolo Schira reported on Tuesday that Villarreal have entered talks for the transfer of the Nigerian striker.
