Villarreal Winger On The Radar Of PSG, As Camavinga Helps Real Madrid In The Chase For Tchouameni

French Ligue 1 champions, PSG, recently reached an agreement with Kylian Mbappe as he penned a three years deal at the club and fending off the interest of Real Madrid at the same time.

Not much is known about the type of agreement between the two parties, but there have been lots of speculations about what PSG promised the player that made him decide to stay eventually.

There are speculations that several players would be sold by the Parisians, as part of their agreement with Mbappe, with Brazilian star, Neymar Jr one of them. While there is s no shortage of interest in the player, his huge salary may prove to be the biggest stumbling block for any interested party.

According to reports, incoming sporting director, Luis Campos has given the greenlight to the exit. Neymar’s salary decreases season after season, but right now, it is at €30-million, something hardly affordable for another club.

At the moment, there’s hardly an European club that can afford to pay such salary, hence the player would need to take a significant pay cut if he’s to join another team.

For PSG, they already have the perfect replacement on standby and it is Villarreal winger, Arnault Danjuma who has been picked, with the blessings of Mbappe and Campos.

Danjuma has a release clause of £45-million, which is a sum that Les Parisiens can afford to pay and he has appeared in 34 fixtures for Villarreal this past season, where he scored 16 goals and recorded four assists.

He was heavily involved in their amazing UCL run, where they defeated Bayern Munich on their way to the semi-finals of the tournament before they were eventually knocked out by Liverpool.

Real Madrid have been handed a major boost in their pursuit of French wonderkid, Aurelien Tchouameni as they face competition from French giants, PSG in the race to sign the player.

Real Madrid midfielder, Eduardo Camavinga, in a recent interview, said that he has already spoken with the player and asked him to join the Los Blancos. “He’s fun, that’s for sure,” said Camavinga. “He’s a player I already know from the national team. I hope he comes to Madrid.

“I don’t know exactly what the situation is, but I’ve already spoken to him. We’ll see what happens in the next few days.” Real Madrid had been focused on signing Mbappe but after their failure, they’ve dedicated their efforts towards signing Tchouameni, but PSG are also interested and Mbappe is also expected to try and convince the player to join him at PSG.
