Arsenal FC Women joined holders, Manchester City, Chelsea, and Westham in the semi-final of this season’s Continental Women’s League Cup.

A 3-0 win over Aston Villa ensured the Gunners’ passage into the last four.
Two goals from Frida Leonhardsen-Maanum and a goal by Caitlin Foord lifted the London side to victory.
Norwegian midfielder, Frida scored the first goal of the game for Arsenal in the 29th minute.

She doubled the Gunners’ lead five minutes into the second half from Foord’s assist.
Ten minutes later, Frida returned the favours as she provided Foord with the assist for the third goal.
