The 23 year old arrived Beveren in the summer of 2022 on loan from French side Lorient FC.

He represented the yellow and blue for two consecutive seasons before deciding to return to his prentice club.

In a detailed emotional message on Instagram, the 23 year old thanked the club for everything during his two years in Beveren.

“It is with heartfelt emotions that I write to say goodbye to this beautiful club. He wrote.

“It was indeed an incredible couple of years representing these colours, the joy I felt every time I stepped onto the Freethiel is indescribable. From arriving as a player to leaving as one of you. Many thanks to the coaches, the medical staff, the groundsmen, all the players I worked with and especially the fans of this great club, you all are wonderful people. With me, these emotions live forever, thank you for everything, all the best going forward SK Beveren.” Concluded the Lagos born mesmerizing winger.

In his two seasons at the club, The former Fredrikstad player appeared in 41 league games, he scored 7 goals and contributed 9 assists from his wingback position.

According to Bettitude, he is set for a return to his parent club Lorient who are preparing for a campaign in Ligue 2 following relegation from Ligue 1 at the end of last season.

Finidi George has been officially confirmed  as the new manager of Rivers United.

The former Enyimba and Super Eagles coach was presented by the club in a ceremony on Wednesday.

Having previously managed in Spain, the former Nigerian international will oversee the affairs of his hometown club beginning from next season.

He succeeded longest serving NPFL coach Stanley Eguma who left the club after more than a decade in charge.
